SUMMARY:Open Mic via Zoom: Ann Vidrine
DESCRIPTION:Ann Vidrine is a songwriter-guitarist from Louisiana. She describes her originals as “performances in perspective”\, where her lyric and melody serve as reflections on her life experiences. \nPrior to the pandemic\, Ann made her living as a traditional Cajun fiddler. After releasing her first album\, Cajun Classics in 1990\, she received a nomination for Best Female Vocalist in the Cajun French Music Awards.
