Rock Tavern Chapter: Karl Schmitz

The Rock Tavern Chapter of the Hudson Valley Folk Guild is pleased to be featuring Karl Schmitz.

Karl Schmitz is a prolific artist, poet, musician and songwriter living in Poughkeepsie, NY. Karl’s artwork and original music have been seen and heard in many venues throughout the Hudson Valley.

Open Mic:

Open mic performances will be available to all. The Zoom meeting opens at 7 for signin, sound check, and socializing.  The open mic begins at 7:30.

Watch for news about next season.

We don’t yet know if our coffeehouses will be in person or remain solely on Zoom in the fall.  The next season will begin in September.  We have made the decision to continue to post on Zoom even if we can meet in person for next season, in deference to those who still would not feel comfortable in public settings.
